How long does delivery take?
Our usual delivery window is 4-11 working days, including 1-3 working days for processing and 3-8 working days for delivery after shipment.
Can I cancel my order?
You may request cancellation within 24 hours of placing your order. After that, the order may already be processing or packed and cancellation may not be possible.
Can I return my order?
Returns may be requested within 30 days of delivery for eligible items in original condition. Please contact us before sending anything back.
What if my item is damaged or wrong?
Please contact us immediately with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos. Damaged parcel claims should be sent within 7 days of delivery.
