If you wish to cancel your Tryjacob order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing it.
After 24 hours, we reserve the right to refuse cancellation if your order is already being processed, packed, or prepared for shipment. If the order is already moving through fulfillment, please wait for delivery and then follow the return process if the item is eligible.
When contacting us, include your order number, full name, and checkout email so we can locate your order quickly.
